I speak, train, and consult at organizations ready to raise their human capital. Please note that I cannot help our clients erase dysfunction. Instead, I educate in how to leverage, operationalize, and empower everyone’s dysfunctional tendencies to transform themselves and the organizations they work in.
My work is focused on that space sitting on your reptile brain to professionally leverage their dysfunction. I teach how to use random, instinctual, impulsive, sub-optimal emotionally charged behaviors into controlled, adaptive, opportunities for growth.
